    Best customer service is needed when things don't go according to plan. Sometimes life happens and even the best can't avoid issues. This is the case for me when my fillings didn't go according to plan. I had to visit 3 times to get it all fixed. Everyone handled the situation very pleasantly. Owned up to the issue. Did their best to accommodate me in ASAP. That's good customer service when it is needed the most.

    Went this morning to have three teeth out under sedation. Tiny prick to put something on my arm then didn't remember anything until procedure finish. Pain when anaesthetic wore off controlled straight away with pain killers. Now lazing about watching the cricket. Everybody here is brilliant, just brilliant. I hated going to the dentist but not anymore. Couldn't believe my experience would be this pain free and I had been stressing about it all week for nothing.
